2. We also charge a service fee for every shipment that you initiate on our platform. This service fee varies depending on the originating country of your shipment. For your convenience, we provide a detailed fee per market table below outlining the different rates for all the markets where our operations are present.

3. Please be advised that these commission rates and service fees are subject to change periodically. Whenever there are changes to these rates, we will notify you via email. As a reseller, it is your responsibility to stay informed about these updates by closely reading all the notifications that we send you. If, as a reseller, you disagree with any revisions to the commissions and fees, your only option is to cease using our services.

4. When you place an order, you are required to pay the shipping fee for the shipment. This fee may vary depending on the shipping company used, and will be clearly displayed on the order review page.

5. Additionally, you will be required to pay a packing fee for each order you place. This fee depends on the nature of the products and the packaging materials used for those products. This will also be displayed on the order review page.

6. When initiating a Return/Exchange request, you may be required to pay an inspection fee for each item returned, provided the supplier mandates the return and inspection of the items.

7. In cases of Return/Exchange requests, a service fee for dispute resolution will be levied. Our team puts in considerable effort to investigate each case and this fee is charged per request to support this service.

8. When we issue an invoice to you, it may include applicable taxes based on the jurisdiction under which your account falls. As the reseller, you are obligated to cover these tax expenses. These charges will be directly deducted from your account to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of tax payments.
