Platform & General Information
Shipper simplifies e-commerce by managing sourcing (dropshipping, wholesale, private label), warehousing, order confirmation, fulfillment, delivery tracking, and payments. With our dropshipping service, you can sell products without holding any inventory.
No degree is needed, but we do require proven experience in e-commerce or a strong background in marketing and sales. Sellers affiliated with an e-commerce tutor are also eligible. After completing the prescreening form, qualified applicants will be contacted for an interview.
Once you’re approved, you’ll have immediate access to start selling products from our marketplace. If you’d like to sell your own stock, simply open a ticket to arrange shipment to our fulfillment center, and our team will take care of the rest.

Dropshipping with Shipper
You set your selling price on top of the supplier’s cost, and we handle everything else—from order fulfillment to logistics. You profit without the need to buy inventory.
No, inventory is not required for dropshipping.
Stock reservation protects against stockouts. You can reserve a small quantity of a product, generally enough to cover two days of sales. If a supplier’s stock temporarily runs out, your reserved stock can keep your orders flowing.
You pay 30% of the product cost upfront for the reserved stock, which is refunded once the stock is sold.
Yes, we offer an optional order confirmation service, managing confirmation calls, delivery follow-up, and post-sale support. Without using our confirmation service, it’s your responsibility to handle customer service and returns.
Shipper Plus, Wholesale Orders & Private Label Orders
Shipper Plus is a premium membership that provides access to wholesale pricing, free commission on your inventory, direct chat with suppliers, and private label ordering options.
With wholesale, you purchase inventory upfront at lower prices and store it in our fulfillment center. We inspect and prepare your stock for shipping, and no commission is charged on your profits.
A private label order allows you to buy products directly from manufacturers, branded with your label. Orders are shipped to our fulfillment center, inspected, and stored until ready for shipment.
No, sharing contact information is prohibited and may result in suspension from the platform.
Distribution with Shipper
In dropshipping, retailers place orders, and the supplier ships directly to the customer. Suppliers receive payment within 48 hours of successful delivery.
Suppliers set wholesale pricing, receive bulk orders, prepare and ship them to our fulfillment center for inspection. Payment is made within 48 hours after delivery to the fulfillment center.
Suppliers prepare bulk private label orders based on seller specifications and ship them to our fulfillment center. After inspection, we issue payment 48 hours post-delivery.
Returns are allowed within 48 hours after delivery.
If a dropshipping order isn’t delivered, it’s returned to the supplier without any fees charged.
Joining is free. We charge a commission between 2-8% on dropshipping orders and 3% on wholesale and private label orders.
Yes, you can store stock in our fulfillment center, and we’ll fulfill dropshipping orders at no extra charge.
We accept products up to 10 kg in weight, with long shelf lives and non-temperature-sensitive requirements.
We support cash and bank transfers, processed within 48 hours.
Fulfillment & Logistics Services
Yes, storage is free for the first month. After that, we charge 1 DT per day per cubic meter.
Order fulfillment is 0.9 DT per unit, with packaging materials costing between 0.3 DT and 3 DT per shipment.
Orders are fulfilled within 1-2 hours during operating hours.
Call Center
We charge 2 DT per confirmed delivery and 1 DT per delivery follow-up. We offer a 50% discount on failed deliveries when using our confirmation service.
Our team makes two call attempts on the first day and one attempt the following day, totaling six calls over three days.
